Nighiri con salmne affumicato e nighiri con melanzane.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;L'abbondante nevicata dei giorni scorsi e la difficoltà nello spostarsi impedisce a qualcuno di partecipare e al Sushi Man di andare a prendere un pò di pesce fresco.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Decidiamo di utilizzare quello che abbiamo in casa, a Daniele che è vegetariano bastano le verdure che ho nel frigorifero ma con Paolo che non lo è prepariamo un sushi con il salmone affumicato avanzato dal cenone di capodanno. Sen'è innamorata da subito ed ha chiesto l'aiuto di &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;sushiparty&lt;/span&gt; per imparare a farlo da sè.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Alla mattina abbiamo fatto un giro all'esselunga per trovare gli ingredienti e scegliere il pesce.
